Luca Pucciani
Born and bred Italian, my passion for cooking began when I was a child, looking at the smiles my food brought to my loved ones made me decide to take my passion to a professional level.
After graduating from culinary school I worked in Tuscany for 7 years then I decided it was time to venture out of Italy. My first stop was Australia, I spent 1 year of my career there as sous chef. It didn’t take long before I heard about the culinary diversity in Singapore and decided to venture myself to Asia.
In Singapore I worked for 2 years for the Garibaldi Group best known for its Fine Italian Cuisine and 3 years for Gunther’s Restaurant most popular for its Modern French Cuisine.
Now I run my own Italian Restaurant, Da Luca. After so many years of traveling I decided it was my responsibility and honor to bring to Singapore all the flavors of my home town.
